All information regarding clients of Errands Express LLC is always held in confidence.

A 24 hour notice is requested but not required.

Services are provided on a first come first service basis.

All services will be performed by Errands Express LLC as efficiently and safely as possible.

A full fee will be charged for cancellation of services with less then a 24 hour notice.

A $25 fee will be charged for all cancelled or NSF checks.

Billing time includes transportation time during errands. Time begins when we arrive at client location or location of initial errand and ends when errand is completed.

At Errands Express LLC we try to accommodate every request to the best of our ability. However, there are some things that we cannot do:

• Transport people
• Heavy house cleaning
• Babysitting
• Landscaping

If you need assistance in finding someone to complete these tasks for you, we are more then happy to do that.

Errands Express LLC reserves the right to refuse business it feels is unsafe and/or unsuitable.
