Recipe: Pepper Gravy 2 cups skim milk 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Blend with whisk until smooth. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle more pepper to taste. Wonderful over biscuits for a biscuits-and-gravy breakfast!
