Recipe: Salmon Cakes 1 can Salmon, drained 1 slice yellow onion, diced small 1 celery stock, diced small 1 tbsp diced green chilies 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 10 crackers 1 egg Combine all ingredience and mix well. Form into pattys. (Form them on Wax paper and then use the wax paper to place them in the pan.) Cook in pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp oil until GBD.
