Recipe: German Pancakes 2 eggs- beaten 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c milk 1 dash nutmeg 1 tbsp butter Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix ingredients together well. Place about one tablespoon butter in 10" pie pan (preferably deep dish), and melt in oven - DO NOT LET BUTTER BURN!! Place ingredients into pan with melted butter and bake for approximately 15 to 28 minutes. For best results mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Batter will keep up for one week.
